Silver Dollar City

We headed to Silver Dollar City on Saturday. It was still cold but we braved it anyway.
We always eat our usual skillet potatoes and succatash...

This is the picture I am considering using as our Christmas card...but Matt's glasses are on...bummer...

Here is the whole gang...my sister and her family and my parents...what a crew we are!

We always get a funnel cake too...my favorite part!

And here is Jaden's squirrel friend.. my kids love animals...Jaden bought some cinnamon pecans and started feeding this squirrel...he gave him one and the squirrel ran up and hide it on top of the building...the next one he gave him...he hid in the grass...and then the last one he ate...it was so cute...poor squirrel isn't gonna know what hit him when that sugar kicks in! LOL!

And the best part about SDC is they still tell the true meaning of Christmas...JESUS!! On the train ride they tell it and at the Christmas Tree lighting they say it also. I just love that...all those people hearing about Jesus!! Here is the gigantic tree they light up and play music too...I didn't have my good camera...so the quality isn't as good...but it is so beautiful when you are there standing in front of it...We had a great time!
